Annie Wernig is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, focused on the Medical Device sector. Annie joined J.P. Morgan in 2013 and has primarily covered the medtech landscape. She advises clients across M&A and capital raising transactions, including private placements, IPOs and follow-on offerings as well as debt offerings. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Ben Burdett is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Equity Capital Markets Group. Ben relocated to San Francisco to lead the origination and execution of equity offerings for companies in the healthcare sector in 2015. Ben began his career with J.P. Morgan in New York in 2005. He works on a variety of equity mandates ranging from structuring and executing initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and specialized capital raising alternatives. His client coverage includes a range of emerging and established healthcare companies. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
