Our Team
Lynn spent the first half of her career as a Wall Street equity research analyst and investor focused on evaluating innovative companies within the medical device and healthcare sector. She pivoted in 2008 to strategic consulting with emphasis on investor relations, capital markets advisory and support in forecasting financial and operational milestones. Having created and executed investor relations programs and strategies for over 100 companies (public and private) at various stages of development, Lynn has a proven track record of success. She is actively involved with her clients, enabling companies to effectively communicate their business strategy, operational goals, and financial profile to Wall Street constituents. Lynn and the team at Gilmartin work with many of the most successful IPOs in the medical technology sector, advising initially on capital markets and IPO readiness, and continuing on, partnering on IR strategy and long term shareholder engagement.
Prior to founding Gilmartin Group, Lynn was a Managing Director at Westwicke Partners offering strategic counsel to public and private entities, with specific emphasis on medical technology, diagnostics, and life sciences. Lynn was previously a Founder and Portfolio Manager at Aphelion Capital, a healthcare fund focused on public and private investments and prior to that, was a Partner at Thomas Weisel Partners (now Stifel Nicholas) and a Sr. Vice President at Adams & Harkness & Hill (now Canaccord Genuity) in equity research.
Lynn holds the CFA designation, has a MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BA in Environmental Science and Mathematics from University of Vermont. When not working, Lynn spends time with her family (and dog) outside as much as possible. She serves on the board of directors of Slide Ranch, a non profit committed to environmental stewardship and education.

Ami has over 15 years of biotech investor relations experience through both agency and corporate roles.
Prior to joining Gilmartin, Ami was the Executive Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Rallybio. Before that, Ami was the Director of Investor Relations at Aerie Pharmaceuticals. Ami spent the majority of her career in roles of increasing responsibility at Burns McClellan, a New York-based life science IR and PR firm, where she developed and managed public company IR programs for various biotechnology and specialty pharmaceutical clients, as well as oversaw several of the firm’s investor days. Outside of IR, Ami also spent a year in business development with UK Trade and Investment, where she was responsible for assisting US-based biotechnology and medical device companies understand the business opportunities that exist in the United Kingdom.
Ami has a Masters in Public Health from George Washington University and Bachelor’s in Biology from Duquesne University.

Greg Chodaczek has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, communications, corporate strategy and equity research. Greg has been instrumental in driving investment decisions across all sectors of healthcare and his Wall Street background spans two decades with both buyside and sell-side leadership roles.
Prior to joining Gilmartin, Greg spent many years as an Equity Research analyst covering the medical technology sector at several emerging growth banks including First Analysis, Sterne Agee CRT and B. Riley & Co where he primarily focused on small and mid-capitalization companies. He began his Wall Street career at Pilgrim Baxter where he eventually led healthcare equity research and managed over $2B in equity assets. Previously, he held several corporate finance positions at UPS and Scientific Atlanta.
Greg received a BS in Finance from Villanova University and an MS in Finance from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

David is a managing director at the Gilmartin Group, leading a team advising clients focused in the Life Science Tools, Diagnostics, Healthcare Technology and Services sectors. He started at Gilmartin in January 2020 after almost 20 years as an equity portfolio manager and research analyst with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Citadel, Moore Capital and Suvretta.
David has extensive experience advising senior executives and sponsors on public/private investor relations strategy, public/private capital raising, business strategy, capital allocation and office of the CFO. While at Gilmartin, David has helped companies execute over $5B of equity capital transactions to help support the growth of their businesses.
David has helped over 35 clients to navigate the capital markets by developing credible messaging, keeping management well informed and establishing relationships with investors, analysts and bankers. Helping to inform client engagements, while an investor, David invested in companies across all sub sectors of the Healthcare universe and participated in more than 150 IPO and follow-on offerings.
David received his BSBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond. David is a CFA Charterholder.
David lives in Chatham, New Jersey, with his wife, two daughters and two rescue labrador retrievers.

Stephen has nearly a decade of healthcare agency experience, specializing in the strategic and tactical implementation of investor relations programs in the biotechnology and specialty pharma sectors.
Prior to joining Gilmartin, Stephen spent seven years at Westwicke ICR, a strategic investor relations firm, advising both private and small/mid cap biotech companies on corporate messaging and capital markets strategy. He has extensive experience in both the pre-IPO advisory process, as well as the development and management of public company IR programs. Prior to that, Stephen worked for Legacy Health Strategies, where he worked alongside leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies to grow their patient engagement platforms.
Stephen received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Monique brings over two decades of Wall Street and Capital Markets experience as an investor relations professional and small-cap institutional investor. Prior to Gilmartin, Monique was a Managing Director at LifeSci Advisors working with companies to develop thoughtful investor relations strategies designed to convey each client’s value proposition. Prior to her career in IR, Monique spent 15 years as an institutional portfolio analyst at both large multi-national firms and small boutique funds investing in small-cap healthcare companies. Her in-depth, bottom-up analyses supported her investment and sector allocation decisions.
Monique holds an MBA in finance from New York University Stern School of Business and dual degrees in Chemistry and German from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN.

Carrie Mendivil has spent several years developing and executing broad investor relations and communications programs in healthcare – both on the agency side and internally. At Gilmartin Group, she is actively involved with several clients offering strategic counsel and tactical support as an extension of their internal team. Carrie brings her in-house expertise to the forefront, enabling her clients to effectively communicate their corporate objectives and strategy while leveraging internal resources to create a cohesive message.
Prior to joining Gilmartin Group, Carrie was most recently at Westwicke Partners, a strategic investor relations firm, working with a number of clients in the medical technology and specialty pharmaceutical sectors. Previously, Carrie was at Hansen Medical (NASADQ; HNSN) in Marketing and Investor Relations. In addition to developing Hansen’s corporate communications strategy and messaging, Carrie developed and managed the social media strategy as well created product marketing materials. She has extensive experience developing messaging strategies and coordinating marketing and event logistics for several other entities.
Carrie received a BA in Economics and French from UCLA and has a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University.

For over 20 years, Graham Morrell has worked at the intersection of finance and life sciences. Drawing upon his experience as an institutional equity trader over the first half of his career, he has become a trusted senior strategic advisor to dozens of private and public biopharma companies seeking guidance through the capital markets and assistance in accomplishing their missions.
Prior to joining Gilmartin, Graham was the founder of Paddock Circle Advisors, a strategic advisory firm providing investor relations, corporate communications, corporate development and capital markets services to the life sciences industry. There, he aided biopharma companies, such as Bavarian Nordic, Merus, Wave Life Sciences, VectivBio and Therini Bio, in defining their corporate strategies, crafting compelling investor relations and corporate communications programs, pursuing business development opportunities and achieving their fundraising goals.
Previously, Graham led the Boston office of The Trout Group, a global life sciences investor relations firm, and its registered broker-dealer affiliate, Trout Capital. In addition to advising on the strategic initiatives and managing the investor relations activities of his clients, he served as a conduit to the investment community for the majority of the firm’s ~80 biotech companies through the facilitation of roadshows and financings.
Before transitioning to helping life sciences companies navigate the Street, Graham was an institutional equity trader on both the buy- and sell-side, specializing in healthcare and financials, at firms including Fidelity Management and Research, Balyasny Asset Management and Canaccord.
Graham received a B.A. in Government from Harvard University, where he was also a member of men’s varsity ice hockey team.

Matt leads the business development and marketing efforts for Gilmartin Group. He brings over ten years of Wall Street experience with specific expertise in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Gilmartin, Matt was a Managing Director at LifeSci Advisors focusing on business development as well as building and executing investor relations programs and financing strategies for client companies in healthcare. Previously, Matt spent several years at The Ruth Group. In addition to building and managing investor relations programs broadly there, he specialized in connecting emerging healthcare companies with institutional investors, venture capitalists, sell-side analysts, and the investment banking communities. Prior to The Ruth Group, Matt worked at Brean Capital in various roles including institutional sales, syndicate and corporate access, where he was Head of the corporate access desk and participated in several successful healthcare company financings over the course of his tenure.

Marissa has over a decade of experience across strategic consulting, investor relations, and capital markets roles with a focus on innovative medtech, digital health, and tools and diagnostics companies. Prior to joining Gilmartin Group, she worked in medical device equity research at Morgan Stanley (#1 ranked Institutional Investor medtech equity research team), supporting coverage of large and SMID-caps and building financial models, valuation frameworks, and market analyses for private, emerging-growth, and scaled public companies. She began her career in equity capital markets and holds a degree in Economics with honors from Brown University.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Nick began his career at Solebury Trout where he assisted in the planning and execution of comprehensive investor relations programs for both public and private biopharma companies. In addition to providing clients investor relations programs, Nick played an important role in the private placement practice, assisting clients in bringing in institutional investors in private market offerings, as well as managing the processes for the financings.

Brian Johnston joined Gilmartin Group in 2019 and is based in New York. He partners with leaders across the medical device space to develop and operationalize comprehensive investor relations and capital markets strategies as they navigate critical inflection points—from early-stage venture fundraising and crossover rounds to IPOs and high-growth execution.
With over a decade of experience, Brian has advised dozens of private and public MedTech companies through high-stakes transitions. He helps management teams address the evolving demands of Wall Street and their Boards—crafting strategies to communicate long-term vision and value amid uncertainty, secure fair valuations, and manage stakeholder expectations with clarity and confidence.
Brian leads a cross-functional team that supports both the strategic and tactical elements of IR and capital markets advisory. His work spans narrative development, investor targeting, earnings and event preparation, and communication planning across clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestones. Since joining Gilmartin, Brian has played a central role in establishing the firm as the market-leading MedTech IPO advisory platform—helping executives maintain executional focus while building lasting value and durable credibility in the market.
Prior to Gilmartin, Brian was part of The Ruth Group’s healthcare practice, where he supported clients through critical corporate milestones and investor-facing initiatives. Louisa specializes in building comprehensive investor relations strategies for public and private MedTech companies, encompassing analytics-based advisory services and capital markets guidance for companies pre and post IPO process. Before Gilmartin, Louisa was Managing Director of the NO/LA Angel Network, leading a 135+ member angel investor group where she managed deal flow, due diligence, and portfolio activities for early-stage companies seeking funding. Additionally, she served as Manager of The Pelican Angel Fund, a pooled investment vehicle focused on Seed and Series A investments in high-growth, innovative startups.
Louisa holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Psychology, cum laude, also from Tulane.

Kiki Patel, PharmD has >15 years of experience in the life sciences sector, both on the consultancy and corporate side.
At the Gilmartin Group, Kiki advises a portfolio of public and private biotech clients on all aspects of investor relations and capital markets. She provides counsel on financing strategy, including venture capital, crossovers, IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements and PIPEs.
Her in-house biopharma experience enables her to get actively involved with her clients, offering strategic counsel to biotech companies in all stages of development.
Prior to joining Gilmartin Group, Kiki worked as a Medical Science Liaison at various biopharma companies. She started her career in big pharma at [Genentech/Roche, AstraZeneca, Sanofi/Genzyme] and later transitioned to a biotech small cap, where she worked closely with the management team [NASDAQ: KPTI].
Kiki holds her Series 79, 63 and 82 securities licenses. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelors of Science degrees from Northeastern University in Boston. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at the VA Medical Center followed by a fellowship in oncology medical affairs.
Early in her career, Kiki was a licensed clinical pharmacist. She held an academic appointment as a professor at MCPHS University, where she taught a “Biopharmaceutical Industry” course.

Erik has been with Gilmartin since the fall of 2020 working exclusively on Life Science Research Tools and Diagnostics companies. Erik has been a leader in private equity and debt financing processes for US and international companies. While at Gilmartin, Erik has worked with several public companies to lead, and support, Investor Relations programs. Prior to joining Gilmartin, Erik spent several years with Ipreo by IHS Markit, where he advised investor relations professionals at small to mega cap Financials companies. As part of the Issuer Solutions team, Erik helped in his clients IR programs by providing stock surveillance, trading insight, targeting recommendations, and investor feedback.

Webb joined Gilmartin in 2021 serving clients across Medtech. Most recently, he helped project manage and support Kestra Medical Technologies’ IPO. Prior to joining Gilmartin, Webb was responsible for managing eBay’s Advertising product and technology P&L. Immediately prior, he had completed eBay’s multi-year rotational financial analyst training program, the Finance Future Program, in which Webb served in a variety of financial roles within financial planning and analysis (FP&A), capital markets and forecasting. In addition, Webb was part of the team responsible for foreign exchange, share repurchase, and debt transactions as well as managing corporate consolidations and reporting. Prior to joining eBay, Webb held internship positions at Capital Advisors Group where he was responsible for collecting and analyzing data from venture debt transactions primarily in the life sciences industry.

Prior to joining Gilmartin Group, Claire worked at Stern Investor Relations where she partnered with public and private life sciences companies across all stages of development to implement comprehensive investor relations programs. Previously, she worked as Director of Investor Relations at Gracell Biotechnologies (acquired by AstraZeneca), supporting the company’s IR program through its $240 million IPO in January 2021.
Before transitioning into investor relations, Claire worked in equity research, covering pre-IPO companies at dedicated IPO research provider Renaissance Capital, and REITs and real estate stocks at regional asset manager Manning & Napier Advisors.
Claire holds a BSBA, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Bucknell University.

Prior to joining Gilmartin Group, Ji-Yon managed investor relations for Myoscience, a medical device company that was acquired by Pacira BioSciences (NASDAQ: PCRX). As part of its finance team and as an analyst, Ji-Yon partnered relationships with their extensive, global investor base, developing effective corporate communications, driving multiple rounds of complex equity financings and handling reporting on financials and metrics. Before Myoscience, Ji-Yon supported notable legal firms, investigating issues and performing research on cases primarily focused on securities litigation.
Ji-Yon received a B.A. in English from U.C. Berkeley and has an Advanced Accounting Proficiency Certificate from Santa Clara University.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Sam spent two years with KPMG’s Asset Management Practice in Dallas and Boston. While at KPMG, Sam managed the day-to-day activities of audit engagements for real estate funds and healthcare-focused private equity and venture capital firms. Before starting full-time with KPMG, Sam interned with Acelity, a global medical device company based in San Antonio, TX where he worked with the FP&A team to prepare quarterly earnings materials and board of directors reports.
Sam earned his B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and then went on to receive a Masters degree in accounting, also from SMU. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Hannah gained experience as a Hedge Fund Accountant for ALPS in Denver, Colorado. Jack joined Gilmartin group in 2021 initially based out of the San Franciso office aiding both public and private companies through various stages of growth. Following that, Jack transitioned to Gilmartin’s New York office where he further honed his investor relations, strategic communications, and capital markets knowledge. With experience spanning from MedTech to Biotech, Jack has built a strong fundamental understanding of the broader healthcare landscape. Prior to joining Gilmartin, Jack gained experience with the Equity Group, in New York City, a firm that offers corporate communications and investor relations services to small and mid-cap public companies across a wide range of industries.
Jack Graduated from Bucknell University in 2020 and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Max worked at a San Francisco-based investor relations and capital markets advisory firm. He was responsible for guiding pre-IPO/ pre-deSPAC clients in developing their investor relations capabilities. Max has also spent time working for venture capital firms in biotech and digital health.

Prior to Emerson, Matt spent the bulk of his career at Omnicom Group, a global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company. At Daggerwing Group, a division of Omnicom Group, Matt was CFO/COO, partnering with company’s founders to provide financial and operational leadership across offices in the US, Canada, UK and Singapore and support global clients including Nestle, HPE, Merck, Bayer. Nissan, and Takeda. Prior to Daggerwing, Matt held various leadership positions at American Express, Credit Suisse, Ernst & Young as well as other parts of Omnicom Group.
