Managing Director

For over 20 years, Graham Morrell has worked at the intersection of finance and life sciences. Drawing upon his experience as an institutional equity trader over the first half of his career, he has become a trusted senior strategic advisor to dozens of private and public biopharma companies seeking guidance through the capital markets and assistance in accomplishing their missions.

Prior to joining Gilmartin, Graham was the founder of Paddock Circle Advisors, a strategic advisory firm providing investor relations, corporate communications, corporate development and capital markets services to the life sciences industry. Previously, Graham led the Boston office of The Trout Group, a global life sciences investor relations firm, and its registered broker-dealer affiliate, Trout Capital. In addition to advising on the strategic initiatives and managing the investor relations activities of his clients, he served as a conduit to the investment community for the majority of the firm’s ~80 biotech companies through the facilitation of roadshows and financings.

Before transitioning to helping life sciences companies navigate the Street, Graham was an institutional equity trader on both the buy- and sell-side, specializing in healthcare and financials, at firms including Fidelity Management and Research, Balyasny Asset Management and Canaccord.
