Jiya graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Neuroscience with a minor in Economics. While attending Tulane, Jiya gained experience across multiple industries through internships focused on research, data analysis, and healthcare applications. Most recently, Jiya worked as a Biostatistics Intern at ChristianaCare, where she performed statistical analyses and data manipulation using R programming.

Prior to this role, she interned at Access Wealth in Dubai, where she attended corporate investment meetings and analyzed statistical reports for both private and publicly owned companies.
