Lauren Banducci brings over a decade of experience supporting C-level executives in the financial services industry. She has a strong background in calendar management, travel planning, event coordination, and office management. Lauren began her career as an Executive Assistant to the Founding Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures in Palo Alto, CA. After relocating to Petaluma, CA, she served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lagunitas Brewing Company. Lauren later returned to the financial services sector, supporting the Managing Partners at Slewgrass Partners and Alta Partners.

Interesting Facts About Lauren

• Favorite activities are pickleball and hiking. She loves hiking so much that her husband asked her to marry him at Cataract Falls on Mt. Tam in Marin.
• Completely obsessed with her French Bulldog Gus, and never considered herself a “dog person” before Gus
• Tends to tell people she has 3 boys….her amazing 13 and 15 year old boys, and of course Gus
